We guarantee you will be fully satisfied with our products. If you are not fully satisfied, return the
product within 7 days and you will get a full refund of your money (except for
shipping and handling charges).
Products are inspected prior to shipment. However, in the
event that an item is received damaged or defective please notify within 7 days
and the item will be replaced or your money back.
All items must be returned registered mail, FedEx or UPS.

Shipping & Handling
The price for shipping is based on
shipping within the United States. All items are shipped via USPS
First Class Mail. The shipping and handling for orders above $10
includes insurance.
Please contact us via email if you are
interested in shipping outside of the United States and we will quote you
shipping charges.
Payment
TessCollections.com utilizes Paypal's
secure shopping cart facilities to accept all major credit cards. If
you prefer to pay by check or money order please contact us via email with
the item number(s), quantities and preferred method of payment. We
will invoice your total order. Shipment will occur once the payment
has been received and cleared with the bank.
